Can I get my product on a CD or USB stick?
At the moment, we only offer our products as download. However, it is possible that in the future we will distribute our products as CD/DVD or via USB stick as well.
Are these permanent licenses or a subscription model?
Most of our products are permanent licenses. That means you pay the purchase price once, and after that the software is usable for an unlimited time and there are no further costs.
Some products (Microsoft 365 or antivirus software for example) are time limited (1 year, 2 years, etc.). This is clearly shown on the product page.
In which language will I receive my product?
Our products are available in German, French, Italian and English. You can freely choose the language at the time of download or during installation.
On how many devices can I install my product?
Our licenses are intended for one device. If you need more than one license, you will automatically benefit from a volume discount when purchasing two or more products. For large orders, please contact our support to get an offer with even more attractive discounts.
Does the software have an expiration time?
Basically no, the license keys unlock the software products for an unlimited time. A few products are based on annual renewal, but these are clearly marked on the product page.
Why are you much cheaper than your competitors?
With the distribution of digital software products, we can dispense with storage, logistics and shipping costs. Our fully automated online store gives us further cost advantages. In addition, we buy the licenses in large quantities, which reduces the purchase price. These are advantages that we are happy to pass on to our customers.
When will my product be delivered?
You will receive your product by email immediately after placing your order. It usually takes 1-2 minutes until the order confirmation email arrives. In it you will find your product for download and your product key to activate your product.
For purchase on account, this process can take 15-30 minutes, because the order is first manually checked by us.
How and where do I download the software?
You can download and use your product right after ordering. You will see the download links right after you place your order and they are also included in the order confirmation email you receive. You can also download your product at any time in our Downloadcenter.
What are my payment options?
Currently we offer the following payment options: Purchase on account, credit card, PayPal and TWINT, PostFinance E-Finance & PostFinance Card.
However, we are working on offering more payment options in the future.
Can I pay by invoice?
You can easily pay by invoice. Orders on account are first manually checked by us and then released. This process can take about 15 – 30 minutes. Afterwards you will receive your product as usual by e-mail and can use it immediately.
My invoice is missing information or the invoice is incorrect.
Send us a message to email@example.com with your order number and the correct information. We will be happy to adjust your invoice.
I ordered with “Purchase on Account” and have not received a key yet.

When will I receive my invoice?
The invoice will be sent to you in a separate mail within 24 hours.
My product does not work, I need help.
It may happen that the installation does not work right away. It is best to follow the step-by-step instructions that you can find in our setup guides. If it still does not work, do not hesitate to contact our support. We will be happy to help you until the purchased product works properly. You can reach us via live chat or by mail.
Do you offer support by phone?

Where can I find the instructions for installation?
You can find installation instructions for your product here. In addition, we have videos for many of our products, which guides you step by step through the installation. You will find the respective links in your order confirmation.
My key does not work, what should I do?
In isolated cases it can happen that a key does not work. This can have many reasons. If this is the case with your product key, please send us a screenshot of the error message to the following e-mail address: email@example.com. We can then determine the exact problem and replace the key if necessary.

Of course! For each and every one of our software products we have written a suitable setup guide that guarantees a smooth installation even without expert knowledge.
